Yeah! Today is our 15th Anniversary. It is hard to believe that we have been married 15 years. They have been a wonderful 15 years. Donald is flying tonight so since Mema is out of town Granddad went by and got a pizza and brought it over for dinner. So I had my Anniversary dinner with my Dad. Donald and I did go to a nice Italian restaurant for lunch the other day and we counted that as our Anniversary meal. Donald is leaving tomorrow to go to Texas for the weekend to be with his Mom and do some small projects for her around her house. He will be home Sunday afternoon.I am a member of the Pulaski County Homemakers Extension Club. Mother told me that my Grandma Rackley was a member in Oklahoma. I am the youngest member and the oldest is 96 years old. I do enjoy it and the members are very sweet people. Well we have a meeting once a month and usually have a meeting then a potluck lunch and they usually have them at different members homes. Well today it was at my house. It went real well and there were 19 people here. So I had a nice time. One of my dear friends, she is the reason I joined, birthday was today, she turned 86 today, so I had another one of my friends who makes cakes make her a birthday cake. So that was a hit.
Well I guess that is all the news today. Other than it is VERY HOT and just the middle of June. So I think we are in for a HOT and HUMID summer. But it always seems like we survive the hot humid Arkansas summers. I hope everyone has a great weekend.
