Happy Independence Day

Happy Independence Day to everyone. We are all doing good. Nathan has pretty much recovered from his injuries he now has a black eye that is healing. Donald was off yesterday so we went to the splash zone and had a great time. Nathan loves going to the splash zone. We are planning on going back today. Hope everyone has a safe and happy Independence Day.

The Daffodils

Every year there is a Daffodil festival at a place called Wye Mountain. Donald's Mom was here for Easter so we went last Friday to see the Daffodils. Nathan had fun running and of course he found the only wet muddy area and before I could get to him ran right through the water and got his shoes and socks soaking wet. Luckily his shoes dried fast when we got home and put them on the front porch in the sun. The weather was gorgeous. The weather has been gorgeous all week. Today we pulled out the shorts and put them on.
